This wine is truly alive with flavor. Bottled with yeast and residual sugar, this wine continues to ferment in the bottle creating a sparkling wine. Each bottle is handcrafted and handled at least 4 times until it gets to you. This special wine needs a bit of care during handling and opening. With the yeast still active and in the bottle a sediment cake forms in the bottom of the bottle. Trying to limit disruption of that cake makes for a clearer, perfectly bubbly wine. Just in case, opening in a sink is recommended. This is a fun fruity drink to share, but be a doll and don't pour the last bit with the yeast sediment into your friends glass.
